Musicians often can have a difficult timetable. Working and rehearsing at unsocialble hours, leaving gigs late at night – all these things can interfere with our natural rhythm. One of the trickiest thinkgs can be getting to sleep after a gig. Regular sleep deprivation is hugely detrimental to our health. We need to be proactive about getting good quality sleep.
